Our son, Winston, turned fourteen today.
That’s him in the picture. He’s amazing.
I don’t know exactly what God is going to use him to do, but I am excited to see what it is.
He’s unconventional. He views the world in a very unique way.
He has strength of character and a heart for the underdog.
He’s smart as they come and yet hates school with a passion. I think that’s great.
I think he is going to grow up and build a strong family. He cares deeply for us all now and would fight to defend us.
I feel that he loves me very much.
My biggest fear was that my children would be at a disadvantage because my character would be their example.
Winston has seemed to overcome that hurdle.
I believe he is going to grow up to be a finer man than I could ever hope to be.

We are always harder on ourselves. I consider you to be a fine example for Winston. If he turns out to be half the man you are (and that’s not a fat joke), then you have been a successful dad. Our family considers you to be a great man of God who shows great consistency, great faith, great courage, and great love for people. Don’t be so hard on yourself. Have a great day.
You’re very kind, Tony. We are often quite hard on ourselves. I appreciate the encouragement. Thanks for reading.
This is actually Bro. Gooshay. No idea who Tony is…lol.
